Gainesville, Fla. – Dawson Sedivec represented The University of Jamestown men's track and field team at the NAIA Indoor National Championships in Gainesville, Florida, on February 28.
 
Sedivec (SR/Cummings, ND) attended the NAIA National Championships for the third consecutive year after qualifying in the Weight Throw with a mark of 18.35m at the NSAA Indoor Championships on February 16. His NSAA mark put him in ninth place of the 22 qualifiers. Sedivec marked 16.42m at Nationals, short of his previous qualifying mark. His current personal best in the Weight Throw is 18.57m, achieved in his 2023-24 season.
