Anthony Walters of the Jimmie men's basketball team was named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference North Division Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.

Walters averaged 24.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in a pair of wins last week. He had 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists in a 98-94 triple-overtime victory over Bemidji State, then followed 
with 27 points and 5 rebounds in a 71-70 win against Minnesota Duluth.

For the week, Walters shot .514 overall (18-for-35) from the field, including 9-for-17 (.529) from three-point range and was a perfect 4-for-4 at the free throw line.
