JAMESTOWN, N.D. — The 12th-ranked University of Jamestown women's hockey team split its final home series of the season against No. 8 Niagara University, winning 3-2 in overtime on Thursday before the Purple Eagles took a 3-1 victory Friday at John L. Wilson Arena.

- Kelsey Amick's second goal of the season, assisted by Alyssa Lingen, gave Jamestown a 1-0 lead at the 14:31 mark of the first.
- Niagara took a 2-1 lead in the second period after goals by Layla Rushforth at 4:03 and Sarah Sweitzer at 7:24.
- Sam Beaulac's power play goal at 8:26 of the second made it a 2-2 game. Her fourth goal of the season was assisted by Gaby Schroder.
- After a scoreless third period, Schroder scored the game winner at 3:21 of overtime on an unassisted goal, her ninth of the year.
- Shots ended 36-30 in favor of the Jimmies.
- Kate Galuszka made 28 saves for UJ.
