Minot, N.D. – The University of Jamestown ACHA D1 men's hockey team played the second game of the weekend series with Minot this evening. Kole Christensson scored two goals for the Jimmies in the first period, and the Beavers had the next four to beat the Jimmies by two.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Christensson's first goal came off a power-play 11:11 into the first with assists from Kaelan Shelton and Alek Erichuk, Erichuk's 17th of the season.
- Christensson scored again seven minutes later on a pass from Carter Johnson, giving the Jimmies a 2-0 advantage going into the second period.
- Minot only had eight shots on goal in the second period but were able to execute on three power plays to lead the Jimmies 3-1.
- Reid Arnold scored his second goal for the Beavers in the third period. The Jimmies had 12 shots on goal, but none met the back of the net.
- Brandon Weare faced 26 shots on goal and saved 22.
- The Jimmies had 27 shots on goal against Beaver goalie Jake Anthony.
