JAMESTOWN, N.D.—Midland (Neb.) University scored a goal in each period Saturday afternoon while keeping the Jimmie women's hockey team off the scoreboard in a 3-0 victory at John L. Wilson Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Midland earned the first power play chance of the game at 13:34 of the first period, and 28 seconds later, Brooke Barylski scored to make it 1-0.
- The Warriors outshot the Jimmies 16-4 in the second period, but only beat UJ goalie Lilah Drew once, with Molly McMurrich making it 2-0 at 14:33 of the period.
- Another power play goal for the Warriors pushed the lead to 3-0 at 10:37 of the third period. Makenna Larson lit the lamp only 24 seconds after the Jimmies went a skater down following a hooking penalty.
- Drew made 39 saves in the game, giving her 77 in the first two games.
