Hanna Dunnigan (SR/Regina, SK) was named North Star Athletic Association Pitcher of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.

Dunnigan had a hand in all four victories for the Jimmies last week. She was 2-0 with two complete games and two saves while posting a 1.17 ERA. Against Mount Marty (S.D.) on Monday, Dunnigan struck out two batters with runners on 2nd and 3rd to preserve the Jimmies' 7-5 win, then in the nightcap, pitched a one-hitter in UJ's 13-1 win.

On Sunday against Waldorf (Iowa), Dunnigan struck out six and allowed just one earned run in UJ's 16-3 win. In game two, she entered in a save situation and worked 1 1/3 innings, striking out two.

In 12 innings of work, she allowed just six hits while holding opposing batters to a .140 average. Dunnigan struck out 13 and walked just two. She leads the NAIA in saves (5) and is 19th in innings pitched (102 1/3).
