ABERDEEN, S.D.-- The Jimmie softball team has the #3 seed in the North Star Athletic Association conference tournament, which begins Friday in Aberdeen, S.D.

Jamestown enters the tournament with an overall record of 32-13. The Jimmies posted back-to-back 30-plus win season for the first time since 2006-07. Waldorf, the #6 seed and UJ's opponent in game one, finished the regular season with a record of 17-27. UJ won all four meetings between the two teams this season.
