FOREST CITY, Iowa-- Jamestown rallied from a 2-1 deficit with a four runs in the seventh to defeat Waldorf University 5-2 on Saturday.

The Jimmies trailed 2-1 after the Warriors plated a run in the bottom of the fourth, breaking a 1-1 tie.
Autumn Wang (SR/Devils Lake, ND)'s sacrifice fly brought home Rylee Perez (SR/Indio, CA) in the top of the first. Perez doubled with one out, then moved to third on a passed ball.
Waldorf answered with a run of their own on Jesscia Abrahamson's RBI single.
UJ scored their four runs in the seventh with two outs. Emma Keller (SO/Poulsbo, WA), Sydney Jeffers (SR/Richmond, BC, Canada), and Rylee Perez all singled, and Keller scored on Perez's hit. Emily Newman (SR/Victoria, BC, Canada) reached on an error by the Waldorf first baseman, allowing Jeffers and Perez to come home. Wang doubled to center to score Newman and complete the comeback.
Brittany Rheault (SO/West Fargo, ND) earned the complete game victory, allowing two runs on five hits. She struck out eight and walked three.
Jeffers and Perez both had two hits for Jamestown.
Presentation 4, Jamestown 3 (8 innings)
Hanna Dunnigan (JR/Regina, SK, Canada) tied a Jimmie single-game record with 14 strikeouts against Presentation, but the Saints' Amber Ewert hit two clutch home runs to beat the Jimmies.
Jamestown got on the board in the bottom of the second courtesy of Rylee Perez. Her single scored Brook Rheault (SR/West Fargo, ND), who earlier reached on a fielder's choice.
UJ made it 2-0 in the fourth on Brook Rheault's RBI single.
Shelby Anderson led off the Presentation sixth with a single, then Ewert followed with the first of her two long balls, tying the game at two. The Saints took a 3-2 lead after Jacque Trost and Haylee Hemmert hit back-to-back doubles.
Dunnigan helped herself at the plate in the bottom of the seventh, singling home Autumn Wang to tie the game at three.
Ewert's second home run, leading off the top of the eighth, put Presentation ahead 4-3.
With one out in the bottom of the eighth, Sydney Jeffers and Perez singled to give the Jimmies runners at first and second. After a ground ball out,Wang was intentionally walked to load the bases. Saints pitcher Kayla Reynolds got Dani Norsby (SR/Shoreline, WA) to ground to shortstop to end the threat.
Jeffers, Perez, and Brook Rheault finished with two hits for Jamestown (22-7 overall, 7-2 North Star Athletic Association).
Dunnigan took the loss for UJ, allowing four runs on six hits. She walked four in addition to striking out a career-high 14 batters.
Jamestown faces Waldorf and Presentation again on Sunday.
