The Teams
Jamestown will enter today's game with a 0-1-1 record after their road trip down on the coast of Lake Michigan. The Jimmies tied Roosevelt University 1-1 on the road but then dropped a neutral-site affair to Davenport University 4-0.

Taylor Musser has played in all 180 minutes for the Jimmies with 10 saves on 15 shots faced (.667 save percentage) and a 2.50 goals-against average.
Minot State heads into today's matchup at 0-2-0 after playing two high-quality opponents down in Southern California this past week. The Beavers dropped a 4-0 contest to Cal Poly Pomona, who was a national semifinalist in 2025 and is ranked No. 2 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. After that, Minot State was blanked again by California State University, Los Angeles, this time 2-0. The Golden Eagles outshot the Beavers 11-3 with shots on goal at 5-1.
Elsa Duquesne and Sierra Wallace each have recorded one shot on goal with Minot State still looking for their first tally of the season. Rebecca Sargent, who has started both games in net for the Beavers, has a .684 save percentage and a 3.09 goals-against average.
Last Time Out
The in-state rivals will play each other for the fifth time since the 2010 season, with Jamestown going 0-4 against the Beavers in that span. Last season in Jamestown's first year in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, the Jimmies were roughed up 5-0 at home. Minot State scored twice in the first 10 minutes, and four times in the first half of said game. Shots on goal ended 8-3 in favor of the Beavers.
