Hammond, Ind. – The University of Jamestown women's soccer team is scheduled to play the Davenport University Panthers in a neutral site contest on Tuesday, September 1 at 12 p.m.

The Teams
The Jimmies head into Tuesday's contest with a 0-0-1 record after they most recently tied Roosevelt 1-1 on the road Sunday. Roosevelt got on the board in the 69
th minute, but
Breanna Oettle scored her first goal since the 2024 season to equalize the score at 1-1. Freshman
Bailey Fox had her first career assist against the Lakers and
Taylor Musser kept the Jimmies in the game with four saves in her collegiate debut.
Davenport heads into the game against the Jimmies with a 0-0-2 record, with their games consisting of a 1-1 draw against Truman State University and a 2-2 draw vs. Quincy University. In both those games, the Panthers conceded the first goal of the game. Davenport was down 2-0 in the second half against Quincy but scored twice late to knot the score up at 2-2 and stay undefeated.
Reegen Dunn, Madison Fant, and Autumn Wakefield have scored the three goals for the Panthers while Audrey Muterspaugh has two assists on the year. Elizabeth Wolter has 11 saves and a .786 save percentage through two games in net.
Davenport was a member of the NAIA until 2017, but the Jimmies and Panthers have never played in women's soccer before.
