Sioux Falls, SD— The University of Jamestown Men's Basketball team put together a complete performance on the road, defeating Augustana 87-77 at the Elmen Center. This victory improves the Jimmies' record to 8-7 overall and a strong 6-3 in NSIC play.

1st Half: Jimmies Edge Ahead Early (Jamestown leads 38-34)
Jamestown maintained a narrow lead throughout a competitive first frame, heading into the break with a 38-34 advantage. Davis Walker knocked down a critical three-pointer with 8:10 remaining in the half to extend the Jamestown lead to 22-17. Defensive consistency allowed Jamestown to limit the Vikings to just one successful three-point attempt in the half. The Vikings fought back to within one point late, but Anthony Walters silenced the crowd with a clutch three-pointer with just 12 seconds left on the clock to secure a 38-34 halftime lead.

2nd Half: Closing the Door (Jamestown wins half 49-43 & game 87-77) 
The Jimmies ramped up their offensive production in the second half, winning the period 49-43 to secure the 10-point victory. Zeke Austin provided a massive spark off the bench, hitting back-to-back triples at the 14:17 and 13:39 marks to keep Augustana at arm's length. Balanced scoring was key, as Anthony Walters (12 points), Cole Glasgow (13 points), and Aiden Johnson (11 points) all reached double figures. Ford Okehi helped ice the game late, scoring a layup with 1:11 left to play to push the score to 87-77 and effectively end the Viking comeback hopes. Jamestown dominated the glass and utilized their depth, outscoring Augustana's bench 28-6 in the second frame alone.
