HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Jimmies outscored the Bruins 42-25 in the first half, securing a sound lead to enter the second. The Jimmies achieved a double-figure lead halfway into the half with a bucket from Owen Hektner, and their largest lead of 18 points came with 1:15 to go, credit to another Hektner two-pointer
  • The Jimmies came out just as strong in the second, starting with an and one and three-pointer by Silas Bennion. A Carson Woodford steal set up Anthony Walters for a triple, which fueled his hot hand as he hit two more the following possessions. Walters's triples put the Jimmies up 59-28.
