HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The Jimmies controlled the first quarter scoring 15 points to the Warriors five. The Jimmie defense only allowed one Warrior field goal; the remaining Warrior points came from free throws. 
  • Four minutes into the second quarter, the Jimmies extended their lead to 25-9. The Warrior managed to put some points up leaving them trailing the Jimmies 16-27 to end the half. 
  • Audrey Rodakowski led scoring for the Jimmies in the first half with eight points. 
  • Kate Cordes opened up the third quarter with a three followed by a Rodakowski two to have the Jimmies leading 32-18. 
  • The Warriors responded with five straight points to break the Jimmies double figure lead but could not get any closer. The third ended with the Jimmies up 22 (52-30).
  • The Warriors outscored the Jimmies 25-22 in the fourth period, but with the Jimmies lead already established they took the home win 72-55.
