BROOKINGS, S.D. – The University of Jamestown women's track and field team opened their indoor season at the SDSU Holiday Open on Friday, December 6. Brenna Held moved into 5th all time in Weight Throw and 10thall time in the Shot Put for the University of Jamestown.
FOR THE JIMMIES
- Brenna Held placed 2nd of 30 in Shot Put with 12.84m (42'1.5"). She also placed 13th of 43 in Weight Throw with 14.45m (47'5").
- Heather Okeson placed 33rd in Weight Throw with 12.05m (39'6.5").
- Brooke Olsen placed 11th of 22 in 3000 meter with a time of 11:27.42.
- Allyson Goodmanson placed 14th in the 3000 meter with a time of 11:32.33.
- Emma Reeder placed 16th in the 3000 meter with a time of 11:46.16.
- Kirsten Vander Kooi placed 17th in the 3000 meter with a time of 11:47.23.
- Paige Erhardt placed 9th of 17 in High Jump at 1.58m (5'2.25").
- Cambrie Fischer placed 21st of 30 in Long Jump at 4.49m (14'8.75").
- Monica Goven placed 8th of 14 in Triple Jump at 10.36m (34').
- Ruth Harris placed 11th in Triple Jump at 9.71m (31'10.25"). She also placed 22nd in Pole Vault at 2.90m (9'6.25").
- Sydney Ulrich placed 23rd in Long Jump at 4.36m (14'3.75"). She also placed 12th in Triple Jump at 9.57mm (31'4.75").
- Megan Frank placed 11th of 27 in Pole Vault at 3.35m (10'11.75").
- Quinn Bassingthwaite placed 15th in Pole Vault at 3.20m (10'6").
- Mackenzie Bakken placed 20th in Pole Vault at 3.05m (10').
