HOW IT HAPPENED
- The match was scoreless until late in the first half, when Sarkis tallied her first goal. Eve Hoppe set up Sarkis in the 41st minute to make it 1-0.
- Fifteen seconds from the break, Sarkis notched her second, this time from Bella Perez, and the Jimmies took a 2-0 lead at the half.
- UJ held Missouri Baptist without a shot in the first 45 minutes while getting off 8 of their own, 4 on target.
- Vega Canda's unassisted goal in the 68th minute finished the scoring for Jamestown.
- Shots ended 12-5 in favor of the Jimmies, including a 7-3 advantage in shots on goal.
- Isa Garcia played the first 62 minutes in goal for UJ and did not face a shot. Allyson Johnson came on for the final 28 minutes and had three saves.
