SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark.-- The University of Jamestown women's soccer team was shut out for the second time in its last three matches, losing 2-0 to No. 20 John Brown University Saturday morning.
UJ is now 0-3-1 this season while JBU improves to 4-0-0.
The Eagles got goals from Lauren Walter in the 8th minute and Kylie Kilfoy in the 20th minute to account for their offense.
Jamestown's two shots on goal came from Ryley Bedard in the 8th minute and the 68th minute. Haley Nelson had a shot attempt in the 65th minute that went high over the crossbar.
Tea Pence made six saves for the Jimmies.
UJ is back in action on September 14 at Midland (Neb.) for a 7:30 PM start.
