JAMESTOWN, N.D.— After winning by 11 runs in Sunday's first game against Dickinson State (N.D.) University, the Jimmie baseball team rallied from four runs down and scored the deciding run in its final at-bat to complete the sweep at Jack Brown Stadium.

GAME ONE
- The Jimmies got off to a big start, leading 12-1after three innings.
- Chase Burke, Ryan Muizelaar, Triston Madison, and Isaiah Roebuck each drove in a run as part of UJ's five-run eighth inning.
- After the Blue Hawks got on the board with a run in the top of the third, Jamestown added four more in the bottom half.
- Alex Alva drove in the first run of the inning with a single, then Burke came home on a wild pitch.
- Muizelaar doubled to score Alva, then later came home on a sacrifice fly by Triston Madison. Muizelaar finished 3-for-4 with a pair of RBI and two runs scored.
- Burke was 2-for-2 and scored three times, and Riki Okamoto (2-for-2, 2 runs), Roebuck (2-for-3), and Alva (2-for-4, 2 runs) all had multiple hit games.
- Ryan Radkey started on the mound for Jamestown and struck out six in four innings. He gave up an unearned run on four hits to improve his record to 5-2.
GAME TWO
- Offense was hard to come by for the Jimmies against DSU starter Carlos Molina Jr.
- The Blue Hawks staked their left-handed starter to an early 1-0 lead, and after allowing a two-out single to Triston Madison in the bottom of the second, Molina Jr. retired 14 batters in a row.
- Trailing 4-0 entering the bottom of the seventh, the Jimmies ended Molina Jr.'s streak as Alex Alva reached on an error to begin the inning.
- A single by Muizelaar put runners on first and second, then one out later, a passed ball allowed Alva to take third and Muizelaar second.
- Madison singled to score Alva, and a walk to Isaiah Roebuck loaded the bases. A Ben Patton groundout allowed Muizelaar to score, and with two outs, Landon Runge tied the game with a two-run single.
- In the bottom of the ninth, Ben Patton led off with a walk, and pinch runner Dallas Cummins took second after a sacrifice bunt by Landon Runge.
- Riki Okamoto and Chase Burke both walked to load the bases, and Alva singled to right field as Cummins came home with the winning run.
- Ben Bohlmann retired seven of the eight batters he faced over the final 2 1/3 innings to get the win. He struck out four and gave up only one hit.
- Isaac Hanson started for the Jimmies and lasted 2 1/3 innings and allowed four runs (two earned) on three hits.
- Austin Shelton (1 2/3 innings) and Kai Mayfield (2 2/3) pitched 4 1/3 innings of shutout relief before Bohlmann came on to get the final out in the seventh.
- Alva and Madison each had two of the Jimmies' seven hits.
