Box Score JAMESTOWN, N.D. — The fourth-ranked University of Jamestown women's volleyball team swept Dordt (Iowa) University on Senior Night Friday evening at Harold Newman Arena, improving to 21-1 overall on the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After Dordt scored on a Jimmie attack error to get with 14-11, Jamestown pulled away with an 8-2 run, including kills by Charlee Krieg, Charlotte Lempka, and Aleah Zieske to open up a 22-13 advantage.
- A kill by Gracie Adamson and an ace from Ellie Holen were the final two UJ points as the Jimmies took set one 25-16.
- Dordt started the second set with a 4-1 lead, then a Lempka kill started a streak of six straight Jimmie points to make it 8-4.
- Jamestown built a 16-9 lead after a Krieg kill, but the Defenders put together nine in a row to go ahead 18-16.
- UJ responded with a 5-0 run that brought the momentum back to the home side, and closed the set with four of the final five points. Grace Hegerle's ace was the deciding point for a 2-0 match lead.
- The third set saw both teams trying to take charge early on, and neither side led by more than two until Zieske's kill made it 11-8.
- Dordt answered with a kill of their own to cut the lead to two, then Jamestown won four in a row and six of the next seven for a 17-10 lead.
- Tymber Boldt's kill made it 22-11, and she would add two more along with another by Lexi Olson to wrap up a 25-15 set victory.
- Olson hit .688 with 11 kills and 0 errors on 16 attacks. Zieske finished with 9 kills and Adamson 8.
- Tenley Buddenhagen passed out 23 assists, with Lily Bertsch adding 19.
- Ellie Holen had 22 digs and Grace Hegerle 6. Olson had four total blocks, including one solo. Karlie Anderson added two block assists.
