Box Score DICKINSON, N.D. — The fourth-ranked University of Jamestown women's volleyball team won their 20th match of the season Thursday evening, sweeping Dickinson State University at Scott Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Jimmies trailed 14-13 in the first set but tied the score on a kill by Gracie Adamson. Four errors by the Blue Hawks pushed UJ's lead to 18-14.
- DSU eventually came back to tie the set at 21 only to see Charlotte Lempka send three straight balls to the floor to put Jamestown at set point. Following a Blue Hawk point, Karlie Anderson clinched the set for UJ with her fifth kill of the set.
- A 4-0 run for UJ in the second set broke a 5-5 tie, and the Jimmies went on to an 8-point victory. Jamestown hit .343 in the set, matching their mark in the opener.
- With the score 7-7 in the third, a Blue Hawk serving error began a stretch of four straight points that put UJ in the lead for good. DSU closed the gap to 14-10 but kills by Adamson and Tymber Boldt followed by two attack errors doubled the Jimmies' lead.
- Four of the last five points were scored by Jamestown, including a kill by Maddie Demars, and the Jimmies completed the season sweep of the Blue Hawks.
- Lempka had a team-best nine kills while Anderson finished with 8.
- Tenley Buddenhagen passed out 20 assists, followed by Lily Bertsch with 16.
- Ellie Holen had 11 digs and Grace Hegerle 10. Lempka and Anderson each had a solo block and two block assists.
