Get to Know Quinten ... 

Who or what inspired you to start playing basketball growing up? 

• My father.               

Do you have any pregame superstitions or routines? 

• I just listen to Rod Wave before games to lock in. 

Tell us about your favorite basketball moment as a player or fan? 

• Senior night my high school year and celebrating it with little brother and dad who were both on the team.

Who is your favorite basketball player? 

• Steph Curry 

What is one talent you have outside the game of basketball? 

• I’m pretty good at frisbee golf. 

What do you hope every Jimmie fan says after they see our team play? 

• Making the little plays that don't come up on the stat sheet.

Why did you choose UJ and what do you like about being a Jimmie student- athlete? 

• It’s had my major and felt like a place I could grow at 

High School  

Quinten was senior captain, he helped lead his team to two conference championships and a section title, advancing to the state semifinals. He was also recognized for his strong defensive play, earning a spot on the All-Defense team his senior year. 

Personal  

Quinten is the son of Brian and Sarah. He is a mechanical engineering major.
