Minnesota State was third with 61 points and a first place vote. Bemidji State ranked fourth with 58 points and the final first place vote.
NSIC RELEASE
"The men's team will be replacing two seniors who have led the team the past several years," said UJ head coach Jared Lentz. "The entire roster will be competing week in and week out to make the scoring team and we hope the internal competition will lead to better results on the course. The mix of returners and the incoming class will create a competitive dynamic that we didn't have last year, and we look forward to the challenge of joining the NSIC."
Bodie Williams was chosen as the Jimmies' Athlete to Watch.
"Bodie returns after a stellar freshman season, competing on the scoring team for every event," Lentz said. "He became a leader on the course and in the weight room and we look forward to that role growing as we try and replace two key seniors from last year."
The three-round NSIC Men's Golf Championship will take place next spring on April 17-19 at Paradise Pointe Golf Complex in Smithville, Missouri.
