Men's golf takes second place at NSAA Spring Conference Championship

Lincoln, N.E. – The University of Jamestown men's golf team played the final two of the four rounds of the NSAA Spring Conference Championship on Monday and Tuesday in Lincoln, Nebraska. The first two rounds were played back in September in Carrington, North Dakota. The team finished second out of five teams and had three individuals place in the top 10. 
 
FOR THE JIMMIES 
  • Max Noffsinger led the Jimmies in fourth place at 3-over 289 (70-69-77-73).
  • Gehrig Geiss followed in fifth place at 5-over 291 (70-72-76-73). 
  • Bodie Williams came in seventh place at 7-over 293 (71-70-75-77).
  • Aidan Hall placed 13th at 26-over 312 (75-74-84-79). 
  • Logan Douglas competed in the first two rounds and scored 2-over 146 (75-71).
  • Logan Schons competed in the final two rounds and scored 19-over 163 (78-85). 
OPPONENTS
  • Bellevue took first place as a team, and Cayden Wynn of Bellevue took first place among the individuals. 
  • Dickinson State followed Jamestown in third place. 
UP NEXT
  • With that, the University of Jamestown men's golf team ends their 2024-2025 season and will return in the fall.
