DICKINSON, N.D.— The Jimmie women's basketball team had ten different players score points in a 67-50 victory over Dickinson State University Friday evening at Scott Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Behind 57 percent shooting in the first quarter, the Jimmies also used a 12-2 start to the game and built a 10-point lead going into the second.
- The Blue Hawks made just 25 percent of their attempts in the first ten minutes, while UJ went 4-of-9 from three-point range.
- DSU got within three points after Katherine Fox scored at the 6:50 mark of the second, then Hannah Hagel's basket started a 14-0 UJ run over the next 4:09 of game time. Samantha Paulsen's three-pointer made it 38-21 with 2:41 before the half.
- The third quarter saw the Jimmies lead grow to 58-37 after Jailyn Martinson made a pair of free throws with 2:41 left in the quarter.
- The Blue Hawks outscored UJ 19-9 in the fourth, holding the Jimmies to 3-of-14 shooting.
- Kate Cordes led a balanced scoring effort with 12 points and added 4 assists, followed by Hagel and Jayden Wiest with 9 each.
- Kate Busek had 10 rebounds to go along with 8 points and 3 assists.
