QUARTER-BY-QUARTER FLOW (HALVES)

1st Half: Offensive Firepower (NDSU Leads 41-36)

The Jimmies' bench provided a crucial spark early on, with the second unit scoring 17 points, led by Henry Meyer and Zeke Austin hitting consecutive three-pointers to briefly take the lead at 15-14. Anthony Walters added three triples, helping Jamestown sink 9 three-pointers in the half. Despite the strong outside shooting, turnovers proved costly, as NDSU scored 22 points off Jimmie miscues to build a 41-36 lead at the halftime break.

2nd Half: Turnovers and Free Throws (NDSU Wins 82-67)

NDSU extended their lead in the second half, relying heavily on free throws and paint scoring. The Jimmies were stifled offensively, managing just 31 points. Turnovers continued to hinder the Jimmies' rhythm, while NDSU was nearly perfect from the free-throw line, going 14-for-18 to maintain their advantage. Ford Okehi provided a boost with a couple of strong layups, but the Bisons' consistent attack proved too much, handing the Jimmies the 82-67 defeat.
