DICKINSON, N.D.— The University of Jamestown football team faced its highest-ranked opponent of the season on Saturday afternoon in No. 22 Dickinson State University. The Blue Hawks had an almost two-to-one advantage in time of possession in a 42-6 win at Biesiot Activities Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Trailing 13-0 with just under eight minutes left in the first half, the Jimmies found the end zone on a four-yard run by Zach Hammett. The drive covered 75 yards in 11 plays and cut the DSU lead to 13-6.
- The Blue Hawks had scoring drives of 79 and 58 yards to close out the second quarter and take a 27-6 lead at the half.
- Two more touchdowns and a safety added to DSU's lead and the game ended with a score of 42-6.
- UJ was held to 191 yards on 55 plays and had the ball for 21:03, compared to 582 yards on 69 plays and 38:57 of possession time for Dickinson State.
- Nick Martinez threw for 101 yards on 12-of-21 passing. Hammett carried 10 times for 41 yards while Isaiah Roebuck caught four passes for 40 yards.
- Jed Rantz had 9 tackles and Ray Benners recorded an interception.
FOR THE FOES
- Will Madler was 26-for-32 on pass attempts for 415 yards and three touchdowns. Semaj Clark had seven catches for 161 yards and a score.
