After being named as the head coach of the Jimmies men’s and women’s golf programs in June of 2024, Lentz enters his second season at the helm of the Jimmies golf programs in 2025.
In his first season at the University of Jamestown, Lentz led the men’s program to a second place finish at the North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) conference tournament, including four all-conference performers (Max Noffsinger, Gehrig Geiss, Bodie Williams, and Aidan Hall). The season included team tournament wins at the Comet Invitational, Dickinson State Invitational, and the NDGA Open.
Lentz led the women to a third place finish in the NSAA conference tournament, including three all-conference performers (Isabella Crawford, Celi Nelson, and Kyra Hager). The season included team wins at the UJ Fall Classic, Comet Invitational, Dickinson State Invite, and the NDGA Open.
