The winningest head coach program history, Nick Becker enters his 14th year at the helm of the University of Jamestown women's soccer team in 2025.
 
In 2024, Becker led the Jimmies to a record of 10-8. While no longer being allowed to compete in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC), the Jimmies schedule featured five top-25 opponents, including two teams ranked in the top five. The Jimmies finished the season with a loss in the CAC semifinals, and four Jimmies were named to the CAC all-conference team.
 
In 2023, the Jimmies finished with a record of 5-9-3 and a loss in the GPAC tournament quarterfinals. Three Jimmies were named to GPAC all-conference teams.
 
In 2022, Becker’s helped the Jimmies post a 14-6-2 record en route to their second straight regular season GPAC conference championship with a conference record of 11-0-1. The Jimmies made another appearance in the GPAC conference championship game, as well as the NAIA national tournament. Becker was named the GPAC Coach of the Year for the second season in a row, and eight Jimmies landed on all conference teams, including the GPAC Defender of the Year (Haley Dyer) and two All-American selections (Haley Dyer and Gaby Sarkis).
 
In 2021, Becker led the Jimmies to a record of 18-2-1. The season included a regular season GPAC conference championship, going 11-0-1 during regular season conference play. The Jimmies made an appearance in the GPAC conference championship game, as well as the NAIA national tournament. Individual accolades included eight all-conference players, the GPAC Offensive Player of the Year (Kamryn Fiscus), an NAIA All-American (Kamryn Fiscus), and Becker received was named GPAC Coach of the Year.

Becker led the Jimmies to a 13-8 record in 2020, the fifth consecutive season UJ reached 11 or more wins. UJ won two road matches to advance the the GPAC Championship, falling 2-1 to Concordia (Neb.) Kamryn Fiscus was named to the GPAC all-conference first team, while Claire Struble and Karlie Hintze were second team selections. Alex Nowka and Kirstyn Aldridge were named honorable mention.

In 2019, Becker guided the Jimmies to 13 victories, the fourth straight season UJ won 11 or more games. Becker's team won a program-record 14 games in 2017, finishing with a record of 14-5-1 and a berth in the Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) conference tournament. The Jimmies averaged 2.6 goals per game, the highest mark since 2.3 in 2015, and conceded just 0.8 per contest, a program low.

In 2012, Becker helped guide the Jimmies to their most wins since 2005, and their first conference tournament appearance since 2005. Since Becker's arrival, the program has produced 25 all-conference players as well as seven NAIA-Daktronics Scholar-Athlete selections.

Prior to Jamestown, he worked as a director of personal training for two years and coached for the South Dakota ODP program, Hub City Soccer club, also conducting skills and conditioning camps.

Becker was also a graduate assistant at Northern State University for the women's soccer program from 2008-2010. He played club, SD ODP, high school, and four years of college competition. Becker finished his collegiate career at Presentation (S.D.) College, where he was both an All-American and NAIA-Daktronics Scholar-Athlete.

In 2010, Becker earned a Master's of Science in Education from Northern State (S.D.) University. Becker earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Wellness, and minored in Coaching from Presentation College in 2008, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Becker has taken a number of USSF coaching courses and currently holds his USSF “A” license. He currently resides in Jamestown with his wife Tonya and three kids. Layla (8), Liam (5), and Wesley (4).
