Kolby Bartlett enters his second year with the University of Jamestown as the Assistant Director of Strength, Conditioning, and Campus Wellness in 2026.
Bartlett works with football, men’s and women’s basketball, women’s soccer, and track and field.
In 2025, Bartlett worked at the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked with Olympic level swimmers and the Spirit Squad.
Originally from Godley, Texas, Bartlett graduated from Southwestern University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, where he also played football from 2021 to 2023, and worked for the Strength and Conditioning Department during that time.
Bartlett is CSCS and USAW certified, and in 2026 is pursuing his master's degree in Kinesiology - Sport Performance.
